ik786 is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment method. Accounts that have not completed KYC may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed. The name on your Account must match the name on your KYC documents exactly.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. ik786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, without prior notice, if we determine that a User has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Upon closure for breach, any balance may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ik786 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method. Payment method availability in the cashier may change over time.
Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as examples in the cashier. This does not imply that those providers endorse or support gambling activity. Users must verify method availability, applicable limits and provider terms directly.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC; (b) compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) passing any fraud, AML or compliance checks required by the Operator. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. ik786 reserves the right to decline or void any bet prior to confirmation, including where: (a) odds were published in error; (b) the event has already commenced; (c) the maximum liability limit for the event has been reached; (d) the system experienced a technical fault during placement.
Bets may be declared void and stakes returned where: an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable rules; odds were published incorrectly due to a manifest error; or a market was suspended at the time a bet was placed due to a technical issue.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid changes. Prices displayed during in-play events are indicative and may change before a bet is accepted. ik786 is not liable for delays between the actual event and data feeds that power live markets. Abuse of latency differences to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
For Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and other cricket events, specific rules for outcomes such as "Match Result", "Top Batsman", "Over/Under Runs" and "Player of the Match" are published per event in the relevant market rules section. In the event of a rain-affected match or reduced-overs scenario, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result shall govern where applicable and specified.
ik786 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives at its discretion. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
